Mediator. Service as neutral mediator in a wide variety of cases involving personal injury, products liability, real estate matters, employment torts, business torts, insurance coverage disputes, breach of contract and other commercial disputes.

AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (2016-present)
Arbitrator. Arbitrator of various matters, including asbestos litigation matters.

SIFFORD, ANDERSON & CO., P.C. (2001-2021)
Representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, labor and employment matters, premises defects, DTPA, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, professional malpractice, violations of securities laws, construction defects, product liability, contract disputes and real estate matters.  Served as a mediator for personal injury, family law, employment and contract disputes since 2003. From 2008-2016, served as billing auditor for asbestos trust litigation matters, which included developing billing guidelines; auditing legal bills from firms in the US, UK, France and Spain; and preparing payment reimbursement requests for payment by the trust.
